General Questions
1.Which payment methods do you accept?
At this time we accept all major credit cards. This includes, but is not limited to, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover.
We are currently looking into adding different types of payment Methods. Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter.
2.How do I find what I'm looking for?
The best way to find what you came to our website for is by using the search bar in the header of the website.
You can also navigate through the drop down menus to find the category of the item you're looking for.
3.What if I can't find a part on your website?
Searched our site and still can't find what you're looking for?
We are happy to search for it and help make it available for you. Contact us through our Contact Form or by emailing dixons@jinhuantrade.com with the part information and we will get back with you as soon as we can.
Shipping
1.Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship to all over the world.
2.Is there a charge for shipping?
Yes. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in the checkout process. Prices can vary on weight, package size, location shipping to, & shipping carrier.
3.How fast do you ship out our order?
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are out the door the same day. All orders places after 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed same day, but will be shipped out the next business day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends/holidays.
4.How can I see my confirmation or tracking number?
When your item is shipped from our facility, you will receive an email confirmation. In that email, you'll find a tracking number to click and see where your package is.
Don't have an email? Log in to the website using the information your used during your checkout process. Click on "My Orders" and the "Order Number" to look at that Order's Information.
5.What do I do if I received the wrong parts?
If you have received the wrong item, reach out to us immediately at dixons@jinhuantrade.com or by Contact Form.
We will work to make the issue right with you as soon as we possible.
Returns
1.How do I start a return?
Before returning your item, please contact us at dixons@jinhuantrade.com
2.How long do I have to return my items?
Please return item within 60 days of it being received.
